Refund Policy

REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATION

We thank you and appreciate your purchase from us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless the stated otherwise on our product pages or readers offer advertisements. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the merchants the order is not shipped by the seller then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event, the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for a refund due to product faulty, damaged, being of poor quality, delivery of a wrong product, partial product, the product having surpassed the expiry date etc the refund is processed.

We reserve the right shipping a product to you. We can refuse an order if we do not want to serve you, without any legal repercussions. 

  • INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS

  • In case a User has received the wrong product, the product is damaged or defective and if the product or the product has surpassed the expiry date is within our scope for exchange, the buyer may choose to have the product replaced or return the same and seek for a refund. Exchange is allowed if the product is damaged or defective. All requests for return or exchange must be raised by the buyer within 24 hours of receiving the shipment through e-mail to care@fitday.in or raise a support ticket for the same on the Platform. The Company shall arrange for a pickup of the product to be exchanged from the premises of the buyer. The charges for shipping the product back shall be borne by the Company. 

    Your request will be processed within 48  hours, after the company has examined and verified the veracity of your request and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement request is under process. If you select a refund, the payment made by you shall be returned to the source if the order has been paid for by card, net banking or e-wallets, or you may have it credited as store credit to be utilized for future purchases on the Platform. 

    The Buyer has to ensure the product is unused and labels are intact on the product and it is packed in the same packet it was delivered in before the same is handed over to the courier executive coming for pick-up of the product.

  • PACKAGING OF ITEMS FOR RETURN

  • To return an item, please pack them in the original tube or box. Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number, the shipping ID, and item number. We encourage you also to include a brief description of the reason for the return. The products for return will be collected by the executive and the cost for transporting the same shall be borne by the Company.

  • CANCELLATION 

  • As a User, you may cancel your order at any time until the order until completion of 24 hours of the same being placed. In such a case we will refund payments, if any, already made by you under the relevant order. In case of partial cancellation of an order where the value of the order falls below Rs.999/- (Rupees Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine), then the applicable shipping charges will have to be borne by you. Any return or refund will be in accordance with our return refund policy, which has been specified on the Platform.

    The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s): 

    • if it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or 
    • if it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, or 
    • in case of unavailability of a product, or 
    • for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties     
    • if the Company does not want to do business with the User

    Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of product specifications and pricing, the details of a product as reflected on the Website may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided to the Company by a supplier and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such event, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards the purchase of such products.

    We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.

  • REFUND 

  • Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such return. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

    Once we are in receipt of the goods or have received the tracking information of the returned item from you, we will  refund amount to the source from which the payment was made, i.e. your bank account, credit card, online wallet, etc or you may choose to have the refund credited as store credit in your account. If the payment was made through then you would have to provide your bank account details and the refunded amount would be credited to the same. We typically issue your refund within 7 – 10 business days of receiving the package.

  • EXCHANGE

  • If a user wants to return a product for a product of a different quantity or a different item, he/she can do so and seek and raise an exchange request by following these simple steps:

    • Mention the reason for seeking an exchange on the (send an email to care@fitday.in) contact form (also linked to the same email id and can be used) on the Platform and submit the same. The reason can either be because of Quality issues regarding the expired product or damaged products delivered.
    • After raising a return request, a pick up shall be scheduled and a courier executive shall pick up the products which are to be returned from the premises of the User, the cost for shipping the same shall be borne by us. 
    • We typically process an exchange request within 2 business days of receiving the request.
    • The acceptance of a return or exchange request is solely at the discretion of the company.

    Once the refund or exchange process is complete, you can place an order for a fresh item of your choice.
